A gang of ornery outlaws frames Billy the Kid (Buster Crabbe) for murder and the kidnapping of a young girl. Crabbe has to clear his name by finding the girl, then joins forces with pardner Al St. John to lasso the creeps, in "Western Cyclone." With Marjorie Manner s, Charlie King. Then, Buster plays two roles in the thrilling western yarn "Sheriff of Sage Valley." Once again he's famed outlaw Billy the Kid, who is mistakenly appointed mayor of a Western town and promises to keep it clean. Soon, however, he's confronted by his oily twin brother, gambler Kansas Ed. Al St. John, Tex "Dave" O'Brien also star. 122 min. total. Standard; Soundtrack: English.
