This dark, modern-day re-imagining of the stories of L. Frank Baum focuses on Dorothy Gale (Adria Arjona), a Kansas nurse transported to the Land of Oz by a tornado. Encountering a group of bizarre characters, Dorothy seeks the help of the mysterious Wizard of Oz (Vincent D’Onofrio), who’s outlawed magic and believes her arrival may signal the fulfillment of a terrible prophecy. Debuting on NBC in 2017, the series also stars Oliver Jackson-Cohen, Ana Ularu, Mido Hamada, and Joely Richardson.
