In 2007, Chicago realtor John Maloof acquired at auction thousands of remarkable photographic studies of the city. His hunt for their source led to an octogenarian nanny named Vivian Maier, who'd never published any of the 100,000-plus shots she'd taken over decades. Her unique life and posthumous phenomenon are put into focus in this documentary portrait co-directed and co-written by Maloof. 84 min. Widescreen (Enhanced); Soundtrack: English Dolby Digital 5.1; Subtitles: English (SDH), Spanish; bonus footage; photo gallery; theatrical trailer.
