Killer Instinct (2000)

Hip comedy in the "Scream" mold tells of a woman who is attempting to buy a meat packing company for her mysterious boss. In order to complete her assignment, she threatens to reveal that the meat company's owner stole land from a local naturalist. At the same, eight local youths try to scare each other to death by spending a night at a local asylum─an asylum that may house the ghost of the naturalist!
