If you like to "Kick" then this is the workout for you! Kick uses traditional martial art training methods in a very fun, doable format. It is challenging so be ready to sweat! You will have a modifier to help you out if you need to tone it down a bit, but for those of you that like a tough workout... well, just give it a try. I think you'll be pleased.
