First, in "All-American Co-Ed," gender-bending hijinks ensue after a macho student from Quinceton University puts on a dress and enters a beauty contest at an all-girl college whose students insulted his school. Hal Roach comedy classic stars Frances Langford, Johnny Downs, and Harry Langford. Then, the entertaining musical/comedy "Swing Hostess" stars Benny Goodman band vocalist Martha Tilton as an aspiring singer who takes a job with a jukebox company. A mix-up during an audition leads her to a gig--and a romance--with bandleader Charles Collins.
