Bye Bye Monkey (1978)
The first English-language film from Italian director Marco Ferreri ("La Grande Bouffe") is a typically off-the-wall satire of capitalism, sexual politics, and modern society, set in a grimy Manhattan neighborhood. James Coco plays a museum owner, with Gerard Depardieu as Coco's assistant, who becomes part of a feminist group's rape revenge scheme, and Marcello Mastroianni as a man who wills his pet chimpanzee a fortune.
