Horror flick with a romantic twist stars Jeff Fahey and Kellie Waymire as a pair of serial killers who fall in love while serving time in an asylum for the criminally insane. When Fahey escapes by himself, he realizes he can't cope with life outside on his own. Returning to the institution, he leads a mass revolt, freeing Waymire and the rest of the inmates.
