First, the third outing for Sidney Poitier's Mr. Tibbs character finds the Philadelphia detective getting involved with a group of young street vigilantes in order to break "The Organization," a heroin-smuggling ring. Sheree North, Raul Julia, and Barbara McNair also star. Next, Chicago investigator Sheba Shayne returns to her old Kentucky home to help Dad defend his legitimate loan business from mob sharks. Gun-dueling with a .44 Magnum or donning a wet suit to ambush a crimelord's yacht, Pam Grier as "Sheba, Baby" shows why she's queen of the action stars.
