Two French-produced exploitation dramas examine sexual and racial issues. First, in "My Baby Is Black!," a white woman has an affair with a black student and, without his knowledge, gives birth to his child. Gordon Heath, Francoise Giret, Aram Stephan star. Then, in "Checkerboard," a Caucasian ex-paratrooper in a segregated Midwest town gets romantically involved with an African-American woman, resulting in disturbing reactions from the locals.
