Quirky comedic romp from the Dogma 95 film group follows the misadventures of a digital video camera as it passes from one bizarre L.A. resident to another. Among the off-the-wall owners are a group of vacationing tourists, a celebrity stalker, and an aspiring filmmaker. Richard Martini (who also wrote and directed) stars along with Carol Alt, Angie Everhart, and Rebecca Broussard; features cameos by Jack Nicholson and Oliver Stone. 80 min. Soundtrack: English.
