Q.: How do I make money with the
MoviesUnlimited.com Premier Partner Program?
A.: It's simple! All you have to do is place a link on your site to
MoviesUnlimited.com. Once your site application is accepted and you
become a member of the Premier Partner Program, you
will receive a partner ID that will identify your account to
MoviesUnlimited.com's servers. This ID will attach itself (through the linking
code that is supplied by the Linking Code Creator) to a visitor that goes
through your site to MoviesUnlimited.com and identify when they make a purchase.
This will then be credited to your account and your commission account will be
increased. An ID is the same as a cookie, a small bit of code that allows a
computer to track a specific user's activities without ever knowing their
personal identity, only their computer's identity. Every time one of your
visitors goes through your site to MoviesUnlimited.com and makes a purchase, you
will receive 8% of the sale. It's that simple. You cut and paste the code where
you want it, and everything else is automated.

Q.: How do I track how much money I am
making with the MoviesUnlimited.com Premier Partner Program?
A.: As a Partner, you will be able to view a
daily tally of all orders placed and how much money you have made. We will
process video and sale orders placed by customers who follow the links from your
site to MoviesUnlimited.com. Among other things, we will prepare order forms,
process payments, cancellations and returns and will handle customer service. We
will track sales made to customers who purchase videos using the links from your
site to ours and will give you access to the Premier Partner Program Sales
Activity Report area where you can check your site's commission activity. To
permit accurate tracking, reporting, and commission accrual, you must ensure
that the links between your site and our site are properly formatted. We reserve
the right to reject orders that do not comply with any requirements that we
periodically may establish. We will be responsible for all aspects of order
processing and fulfillment. You don't have to do a thing. We handle all the
e-commerce and send you the check where you tell us to.

Q.: Can my 8% commission amount
change?
A.: Yes, based on the
amount of sales you have during a particular month. You are always assured of
receiving 8% of every sale made on MoviesUnlimited.com, whenever a visitor goes
through your site to ours. If your site sells enough movies in a month, you will
automatically receive the volume commision incentives below:
up to $2,500 in sales per month........8%
up to $5,000 in
sales per month........9%
up to $7,500 in sales per month........10%
over
$10,000 in sales per month........12%
Unlike other affiliate programs, Movies Unlimited makes the goals easier
to reach and gives you the opportunity to reach new commission levels every
month, not every quarter like the other movie affiliate deals. For more info on

Q.: What if my e-mail changes or I
move?
A.: No problem. Through
the Premier Partner Program, you can change your site's info 24/7, 365 days a
year. Just log into the Premier Partner Partner Home Page and click to the Edit
Profile area and you can make all the necessary changes so we can deliver your
commission payments and monthly Partner Bulletin to the right place.

Q.: Do I have to sign anything or send
something in?
A.: You will want
to review the Partner Agreement before
filling out the easy to use on-line Partner Application Form. By completing the
form you agree that you have read and understand the terms of the Agreement. The
on-line sign up procedure takes less than 3 minutes to complete and you are
notified of your acceptance within 2 business days. Once you become a Partner,
you will be issued a login name and an ID. You will then be given the URL
of the Premier Partner Program Home Page where you can get linking codes, check
your commissions, edit your profile, and even pick up a few tips on how to
improve your website. Of course you may terminate the agreement at any time,
just by taking the links off your site.

Q.: Can any website become a Premier
Partner Program Member?
A.: Not
all websites will be asked to join the Premier Partner Program.
MoviesUnlimited.com doesn't want just anybody selling their movies. Your website
is personally visited by our Program Coordinators and assessed for relevancy,
design, and content. If your site deals with hardcore pornographic material,
illegal or sexually explicit content, or offensive language, MoviesUnlimited.com
reserves the right to restrict acceptance into the Partner Program. Most of the
Partners we presently have run websites devoted to a particular category subject
and therefore want a ready resource for movies related to that subject. Please

Q.: Do I have to put a banner on my
site?
A.: Yes. All we ask is
that you put a banner on your home page or other prominent page on your site.
Many sizes and styles can be found in our Website Prop Room. This lets
your visitors know where they will be buying movies while on your site. It
actually adds credibility to your site to be linked with an industry leader. And
since MoviesUnlimited.com is selective about its partners, your visitors will
recognize your site as a quality place where they can feel comfortable making
purchases in a safe and secure environment.

Q.: How often are commission payouts
made?
A.:A $50 minimum payout amount
applies to all Movies Unlimited Affiliate Partner Agreements. Movies Unlimited will
send you a check for your Partner Program earnings within 30 days after the end
of each calendar quarter pending the minimum payout amount is reached (i.e., within 30 days after March 31, June 30,
September 30 and December 31). For a transaction to generate a referral fee,
each transaction must be completed in full. The customer must follow the link
from your site to ours, purchase a video(s) using our automated ordering system,
accept delivery of the video, and remit full payment to us.
