Low-budget maestro Fred Olen Ray ("Twilight Vamps") takes on the sharksploitation subgenre with this comic sci-fi thriller about a toothsome beastie unleashed due to the malfeasance of an oil company engaged in offshore drilling. When it is discovered that this mutant monster can not only swim, but walk and fly (!), the military is mobilized to stop the super shark before it gobbles up the participants in a bikini contest.
