Bruce Willis is a Chicago mob hit man and Witness Protection Program participant who moves into a suburban Montreal neighborhood next to dentist Matthew Perry and wife Rosanna Arquette. When Perry recognizes his new neighbor, Arquette tries to persuade him to turn Willis in to collect a large reward, prompting a series of hilarious complications.
