Day Of The Kamikaze (2008)
Thousands of Japanese aviators fighting in World War II carried out frightening assaults on Allied targets using the tactic of self-martyrdom that earned each the title of kamikaze pilot. This documentary reviews the damages these attacks caused with re-enactments and interviews, as well as footage of the only intact kamikaze planes on display at the Smithsonian Museum.
