Smuggling illegal immigrants into Italy becomes too big a job for ex-motorbike champion Ludvik (Peter Musevski), so he obtains an assistant from his days in competition. The apprentice begins to find the work morally troubling when he learns that part of the job may involve selling the corpses of murdered immigrants for "spare parts."
