"The Majestic," a Capraesque 1950s fable stars Jim Carrey as a blacklisted Hollywood screenwriter who, left with amnesia after a car accident, winds up in a small coastal town where he's mistaken for a dead World War II hero. Accepted by the townspeople and the vet's girlfriend (Laurie Holden) and father (Martin Landau), with whom he helps restore the local movie theater, Carrey's real past comes under scrutiny when anti-Communist witch-hunters come looking for him. Two-disc set also includes "Dumb And Dumber," "The Mask" (1994), and "Yes Man."
