A few years after "I Spy" ended its run on TV, stars Robert Culp and Bill Cosby reunited for this edgy detective opus, directed by Culp and scripted by Walter Hill. Culp and Cosby are down-on-their-luck L.A. investigators looking into the missing girlfriend of a prominent attorney. The search leads them to a large sum of cash swiped from a Pittsburgh bank and encounters with both militant groups and mobsters vying for the cash.
