The sumptuous silent melodrama "Flesh And The Devil" (1927) features Garbo as a seductive wife who leads military man John Gilbert down a path of temptation that culminates on the "field of honor." This was the first screen pairing for Garbo and Gilbert. And, Russian spy Garbo tries to seduce Austrian officer Conrad Nagel, only to fall for him and be forced to choose between love and country, in the lush silent costume drama "The Mysterious Lady" (1928). Two-disc set also includes "The Temptress." 5 hrs. total.
