Cynical magazine intern Darius (Aubrey Plaza) gets caught up in a strange investigation when she accompanies another intern (Karan Soni) and a writer (Jake M. Johnson) to the coastal town where the enigmatic Kenneth (Mark Duplass) has placed a want ad seeking a volunteer to join him on a mission of time travel.
