This sequel to "Hawaii" continues James A. Michener's epic island saga into the 20th century with the story of sea captain Charlton Heston (playing the grandson of the Richard Harris character from the first film) and his relationship with a stowaway (Tina Chen) he discovers aboard his boat. Heston provides for his family as a pineapple farmer, but his wife (Geraldine Chaplin) is stricken by madness after giving birth. With Mako, John Phillip Law. 134 min.
