Spurred to action after a devastating tsunami tore across Sri Lanka in 2004, four volunteer workers meet by chance at the airport and form an alliance, traveling to the ruined tribal village of Peraliya to offer immediate assistance. This moving documentary follows their story as they set up an improvised headquarters to provide first aid and other services to thousands of refugees, living through a year filled with both triumph and tragedy. 94 min.
