Dick Barton At Bay (1950)
The third and final entry in the Dick Barton series turned out to be one of the more successful low-budget British films from the post-WWII era. Special agent Barton (Don Stannard) must take down an enemy ringleader and his band of communists who have kidnapped a British scientist and threatened to kill his daughter unless he shares his secrets behind a death ray, that the bad guys then plan to use against the British and ignite World War III.
