The Cycle

This mesmerizing drama from Iranian director/co-writer Dariush Mehrjui ("The Cow") follows the efforts of a young man (Saeed Kangarani) as he tries to care for his ailing father. In an attempt to secure some cash, the son goes from selling his own blood on the black market to becoming a trafficker of forbidden products.
