A New Orleans police detective (WWE star John Cena) brings down a ruthless Irish terrorist (Aidan Gillen) during an elaborate sting that results in the death of Gillen's girlfriend. After a year in prison, Gillen breaks out and sets in motion a revenge plot that involves kidnapping Cena's fiancée (Ashley Scott) and forcing the cop to endure 12 deadly trials if he ever hopes to see her alive again.
