With his marriage and last series commitment in the rear view mirror, TV actor Josh Roberts (Mark Feuerstein) came home to Manhattan for a fresh start. However, picking the apartment building he grew up in--and a unit neighbored by his parents (Elliott Gould, Linda Lavin) on one side and his brother and sister-in-law (David Walton, Liza Lapira) on the other--might not have been the best move.
