A Killing Affair

Bizarre drama set in 1940s Appalachia, with Peter Weller as Baston Morris, an outsider who arrives in town looking for a job in the local mill and meets up with Pink Gresham (Bill Smitrovich), the despised, abusive employer. From there, Morris seeks out Gresham's wife Maggie (Kathy Baker) and claims he killed her husband. Oddly, Maggie takes in the man she believes to be a murderer, and a psychological game between the two is underway. Will she be his next victim, or will he be hers?
