In this animated feature from France set in 1910 Paris, the title creature causing havoc in the City of Lights is pursued by a shy film projectionist (voiced by Jay Harrington) and an inventor (Adam Goldberg). Joined by a cabaret performer and a scientist with a pet monkey by his side, the friends hope to rescue the unfortunate beast before the local police catch him first.
