German-born silent star Richard Talmadge, whose screen stunt work made him a leading man in the Douglas Fairbanks vein, shines in this action-filled double feature. Convinced his diplomat dad has faked the whole scenario to help him get over a broken heart, Talmadge is "Laughing at Danger" as he pursues crooks who have stolen a new "death ray."
