Arson Racket Squad

When he is assigned to the arson squad in order to get the goods on some dangerous firebugs, New York City fireman Bob Livingston faces the toughest challenge of his career. After his boss dies in one of the deliberately set blazes, Livingston turns down a promotion in order to put an end to the arson-for-profit racket once and for all.
