The talents of famously cross-eyed silent star Ben Turpin are showcased in this collection of vintage short comedies. Respectable ladies take offense to Turpin's flirtations with pies and seltzer water, in "Mr. Flip" (1917); Turpin's "The Musical Marvel" (1917) whose manic abilities are employed by an Old West outlaw; a movie set becomes chaotic when Turpin's crush on a starlet gets "Out-of-Control" (1917); Ben's sleepwalking makes him an easy mark for thieves to frame, in "Ten Dollars or Ten Days" (1924); and a beautiful woman convinces cash-counting bachelor Turpin to pop the question, in "A Fickle Bridegroom" (1926). 60 min. total. Standard; Soundtrack: music score. Silent with music score. Plays All Regions.
