During a robbery, a gang of violent thugs takes a young couple hostage and flees, terrorizing an old woman and her grandson before eventually winding up at a spooky old church. It soon becomes apparent, however, that they messed with the wrong lady, as their elderly victim--a devout worshipper of Satan--unleashes a malevolent firestorm of vengeance upon them.
