Black Fury

Inspired by actual events, this classic crime drama concerns immigrant coal miner Joe Radek (Paul Muni) in Pennsylvania who finds himself caught up in a labor dispute between the workers and the owners of the business. When Radek's best friend is murdered by hired goons, he kidnaps one of the men responsible and vows to kill him and blow up the mine unless management can come to terms with his union.
