The Black Godfather

Young black crimelord J.J. (Rod Perry) finds his attempts to gain total control of his neighborhood complicated by the interference of Tony (Don Chastain), the white gangster who runs the local heroin operation. J.J. tries to muscle Tony out, setting in motion a dangerous battle over the turf only one of them is likely to survive.
