A rare cinematic look at the final days of New York's '70s punk rock scene, this music-laced drama from director Ulli Lommel ("Cocaine Cowboys") stars Richard Hell as Billy, a struggling musician torn between his career and his relationship with a beautiful French journalist (Carole Bouquet).
