Based on the disturbing true story of the "Beltway snipers" who terrorized Washington, D.C., in 2002, this unnerving crime drama depicts how teenager Lee Malvo (Tequan Richmond) made a tragic bond with John Allen Muhammad (Isiah Washington) after being abandoned by his mother.
