Having served five years for statutory rape, Michael (Hugo Metsers) was given his chance for a fresh start by the state, beginning with placement in an Amsterdam apartment complex. It doesn't take long for his inclinations to get the best of him, as he begins to work his way through his building's very willing housewives--and soon has the neighbors engaged in a sex show/stag film enterprise.
