The boys' new exterminating business has them servicing a haunted house in "Spook Busters" (1946). The boys' detective agency has to deal with a woman's disappearance in "Hard Boiled Mahoney" (1947). When Louie (Bernard Gorcey) is accused of killing his old mining partner, the "Bowery Buckaroos" (1947) go west to clear his name. Slip (Leo Gorcey) believes he's inherited a Long Island estate, and finds it concealing a "Smugglers' Cove" (1948). A benevolent spectre helps Sach (Huntz Hall) expose phony mediums in "Ghost Chasers" (1951). While chasing crooks posing as sailors, the boys wind up enlisting themselves, in "Let's Go Navy!" (1951). The boys get placed in college, due to a rich snob's bet they can be made gentlemen, in "Hold That Line" (1952). The boys are "Loose in London" (1953) to visit Sach's ancestral castle. Slip and Sach help an Air Force buddy framed for treason in "Clipped Wings" (1953). The boys become "Private Eyes" (1953) when Sach becomes telepathic. "The Bowery Boys Meet the Monsters" (1953)─Enough said? The boys help out a hoodwinked young heir in "High Society" (1955). 13 hrs. total on four discs.
