The Boy

Fleeing her troubled recent past, Greta (Lauren Cohan) heads across the Atlantic to take a nanny’s position at an isolated British mansion. Upon meeting her middle-aged employers (Jim Norton, Diana Hardcastle), she learns the peculiar truth about her new charge--he’s a life-sized doll, crafted in the image of the 8-year-old son they lost a generation before. She takes the odd situation in stride, until she’s left alone with the mannequin...and is seized by the terrified notion that it’s alive, and malevolent.
