Terminally ill Albuquerque chemistry teacher Walter White (Bryan Cranston) decides to provide for his family after he's gone by becoming a prolific manufacturer of high-grade crystal meth. With the help of a former student Jesse (Aaron Paul), White's "product" quickly becomes an in-demand commodity, rousing the interest of drug kingpins and White's DEA agent brother-in-law (Dean Norris).
