Burlesque

In this saucy showbiz fable, pop star-turned-thespian Christina Aguilera plays Ali, an Iowa girl waiting tables at a struggling Los Angeles burlesque lounge run by Tess (Cher), a former dancer who sees a chance to restore the establishment's glory days by making Ali its newest star.
