The zany Brits tackle the French Revolution, in "Carry On...Don't Lose Your Head" (1966), as a mysterious hero helps nobles escape the guillotine. "Carry On...Follow That Camel" (1967) is a Foreign Legion farce set in the Sahara. The laughs are contagious at a mental hospital whose staff is crazier than the patients, in "Carry On Doctor" (1967). Then, 19th-century India is the setting for the hysterical historical spoof "Carry On...Up the Khyber" (1968). Two fellas take their dollybird girlfriends on a wilderness holiday...without telling the gals they'll be bunking next to a nudist camp, in "Carry On Camping" (1969). "Carry On Again Doctor" (1969) finds a physician sent to a remote island hospital where he stumbles upon a miracle weight loss elixir. In "Carry On Up the Jungle" (1970), an expedition in search of a rare bird leads to a lost tribe of female warriors, a love-starved gorilla, and more. And, "Carry On Loving" (1970) serves up wild comedy at a computer dating agency. Jim Dale, Joan Sims, Sidney James, Kenneth Williams star. 12 hrs. total on four discs. Widescreen; Soundtrack: English; Subtitles: English.
