Casa De Lava

After an industrial accident leaves an immigrant worker (Isaach De Bankolé) comatose, nurse Mariana (Inês de Medeiros) agrees to shepherd him from Lisbon back to his hometown in Cape Verde. Upon arrival, however, she can find no one willing to claim him...and the caregiver’s curiosity about the strange attitudes of the locals leads her down perilous paths.
