The Cat and the Moon

With his mom going into rehab, teenager Nick (Alex Wolff) found himself shuttled from Detroit to the NYC apartment of jazz musician Cal (Mike Epps), a bandmate and crony of his late father’s. As he starts to assimilate with the other rudderless kids at his new high school and relate to his new patent figure, he begins to find some egress from the walls he’s made around himself.
