First, in "The Count" (1916), Charlie Chaplin stars as an inept apprentice tailor who joins his boss in gatecrashing a party where both men attempt to win the heart of a beautiful stranger. With Edna Purviance, Eric Campbell. Next, in "Don't Be Foolish" (1922), Billy West delivers an unforgettable performance as a litterbug who encounters some angry cops and an angry spinster.
