In the old-fashioned town of Trapper Falls, the mayor (Ted McGinley) finds his elaborate preparations for the holidays thrown into disarray when a rival (Daniel Baldwin) from his high school days makes a stir over the Nativity decorations and the use of the word "Christmas" instead of "Happy Holidays."
