In the early ‘90s, Boston was rife with violent street crime and authorities that were bought and paid for--and that was how compromised FBI agent and local boy Jackie Rohr (Kevin Bacon) liked the terrain. He didn’t want to have to be saddled with straight-arrow Brooklyn import ADA Decourcy Ward (Aldis Hodge), but their partnership would help turn the town for the better.
