The delectable downpour of meatballs leaves inventor Flint Lockwood (voiced by Bill Hader) looking for a new job after being booted from town. He accepts a post working for his hero, Chester V (Will Forte), but soon contends with his infamous invention again as it is put to use for more oh-so-strange experiments making hybrid food-animals like the pie-thon, shrimpanzee, and tacodile!
