Boys' home resident Cyril (Thomas Doret) uses his beloved bicycle to escape confinement and seek out the father (Jérémie Renier) who abandoned him with the long-broken promise of his return. Losing his mode of transport brings the boy into contact with Samantha (Cécile De France), who offers him a new home but cannot seem to tame his tormented soul.
