Cross Examination / Defenders of the Law

First, in "Cross Examination," H.B. Warner plays a defense attorney in a murder trial in which his client is accused of killing his father. Edmund Breese lends support as the prosecutor who specializes in badgering. Donald Dillaway also stars. Then, in "Defenders of the Law," a master gangster arrives in a large California city and proceeds to take criminal matters into his own hands.
